Yencer Builders Inc. is a small family run business co-founded in 1992. Dave Yencer, and his sons, Kevin and Steve, founded the company with the belief that a job should be done right the first time. Dave, president of the company, has over 38 years of experience in the construction field. Dave can be found on our job sites daily managing our employees and coordinating with our clients to ensure quality construction.. Kevin, vice-president, handles the day-to-day operations including the sales, scheduling, permitting and architectural designs. Steve, vice-president, is in the field daily managing our projects by coordinating with our sub-contractors, ordering materials and maintaining a clean job site. Roberta Yencer, mother and secretary for the company, handles the finances. Together, the family has worked to form a strong company with a focus on quality construction. The Yencer family believes in giving back to the community. We have contributed time and resources to our local community, including sponsoring Little League and Pop Warner teams and supporting our local schools by offering a co-op for seniors interested in learning about the construction field. The company has donated to the Meals on Wheels program and provided assistance to the Habitat for Humanity of Central Delaware. We value our relationship with our local community and are committed to serving our neighbors for years to come. We specialize in residential new construction, additions, renovations and light commercial construction. We feel that construction is a unique business, most consumer items are the same from one store to the other leaving you only with the decision of who is cheaper and closer to drive to.
